Utilize strong business acumen to drive organizational initiatives and execute people strategies and processes across the organization.

Business HR, or HR generalists, are partners to specific TI organizations or businesses. In this role, align HR strategies to support business goals and objectives by working closely with the organization to assess resource needs, develop and implement innovative solutions that drive organizational and operational excellence.

Design and deliver competitive compensation and benefits programs for employees worldwide. This includes analyzing market competitiveness and valued benefits to attract and retain employees, managing strategic programs and developing communications plans to execute global strategy.
