Communications roles

Build a strong understanding of TI’s corporate, employee and leader communication strategies to ensure communication initiatives drive activities that support employee engagement.

The brand marketing organization strengthens the TI brand and leads the charge for how we tell our story across all stakeholders. In these roles, you will define, create and execute the brand marketing strategy across our focus areas, collaborate with multiple stakeholders and produce brand campaigns and programs, product campaigns, content and storytelling across paid, owned and earned channels globally.

The corporate communications organization creates strategic plans, programs and promotions that support company-wide initiatives, with potential roles within media relations, HR comms, company-level channels and ESG communications. In these roles, you may hone writing skills and develop content that protects and builds TI’s reputation with employees and/or external audiences and ensure brand consistency across content and promotional channels (internal and/or external).

Act as a Creative Project Manager executing successful creative campaigns for TI’s company-level marketing pillars and must-own areas. In this role you will align creative project plans with the business campaign plans and build roadmaps that solve campaign creative challenges, ensure brand consistency across content and promotional channels (internal and/or external) and become proficient in Creative Operations’ platforms.

Engage employees around priorities, strategic direction, organizational change and business results. In this role you will equip and coach leaders with focused communications strategies, educate employees on information and changes that directly impact them and maximize internal channels such as our intranet, digital signage, email and video to communicate information to TIers around the world.

Gain an understanding of philanthropic investment strategies and how they align with company values and ambitions, create and execute employee and retiree giving and volunteering programs, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand community needs and ensure alignment with TI corporate giving and volunteering guidelines and focus areas and develop skills in nonprofit relationship management.

When I started my journey at TI as an Employee and Executive Communcations Intern, I was welcomed by a team full of intelligent and impactful people. I appreciate TI and my time here because of the company’s opportunity for growth, collaborative work environment and commitment to employee development.
