Manufacturing
We manufacture tens of billions of analog and embedded processing semiconductors annually, across approximately 80,000 different products, and deliver them to more than 100,000 customers around the globe. There is no shortage of exciting and challenging projects with the opportunity to work with some of the world’s brightest people.
Dusty, Equipment Technician
“Our technology goes into cell phones, it goes into automobiles, anything you can think of, we make chips for. Equipment technicians have a really large role in making sure the tools we use to make those chips stay running, and can deliver our product to the customers.”
Claire, Equipment Engineer
“TI did an incredible job at connecting me with other women in positions that I could see myself in. I got to talk to one of our female factory managers when I was an intern and she talked to me about what it’s like to be in leadership and how you can have lots of different careers as a woman.”
Hunter, Manufacturing Specialist
“When you walk into work, and you go down into the fab, it feels like you are stepping into a sci-fi movie, it feels like stepping into a space ship. You are surrounded by hi-tech machines, technology and all sorts of lights and noises, it is one of the most fascinating places to work.”

Facilities
Being part of the worldwide facilities team means delivering safe, secure, reliable, and cost-effective services and solutions to support TI’s operations and growth. Our teams oversee the designing, building and managing of numerous complex systems across TI, including ultrapure utility systems, large high-voltage distribution, and many more. We have an incredibly diverse organization, which enables us to do work that’s vital to both TI’s day-to-day and long-term success.
Chad, Facilities Electrical Engineer
“The great thing about getting started at TI is that they trust you enough to give you responsibilities, and with all of those responsibilities comes great opportunities, and with opportunities comes the opportunity for career growth.”
David, Facilities Technician
“The most rewarding thing to me, is working on something that impacts everybody in the world. By keeping these fabrication plants within spec and able to put out product, I am a part of something that everybody in the world will touch.”
Kelly, Facilities Project Engineer
“TI is like that welcoming friend that brings you into the group and introduces you to other people and other friends that they have. TI really allows you to branch out and build those relationships with different parts of the organization, which I think makes every day that much more fun.”
